Offer and project calculation: Own-responsible creation of offers and execution of cost calculations for construction projects. Quantity determination: evaluation of tender documents and determination of quantities and masses. Risk and opportunity analysis:  evaluation of technical requirements and economic risks and opportunities during the supply phase. Interface work: Close exchange with department and group management, purchasing and specialist departments.

Complete training as a polisher, master or completed study in civil engineering, as well as a qualification acquired by a corresponding activity Insufficient professional experience in road and civil engineering as a construction manager:in, work preparation:in or even in calculation Knowledge of the region or the regional market (with our group Saarland we are active only in the Saarland and in the adjacent Rhineland-Palatinate) Experience with common costing software (iTwo/ARRIBA) of advantage, but no requirement Embossed technical understanding as well as a secure sense of economic relationships and calculatory characteristics Safe handling of MS Office commitment, initiative and motivation to actively shape projects knowledge of VOB and relevant technical regulations of advantage
