Head of Department Training Center / Campus (m/f/d)

You guide the training center / campus at the Radebeul site with the focus on promoting and developing the culture of active knowledge transfer You ensure that critical knowledge is identified, structured, preserved and made accessible to all employees and customers (national and international) You are responsible for the strategic planning, organisation and implementation of technical training, as well as for national employees as well as for the 25 sales and service organisations and worldwide customers worldwide. In your function motivate, guide and develop the coach team and internal coordinators You determine the digital learning needs for training all target groups (worldwide customers, service of all joint companies and internal employees) You are responsible for the continuous development of special programs for the worldwide sales and service organisations, referring to product and overtime training contents You create a diverse range of learning options that integrates modern learning formats such as e-learning, blended learning, workshops, webinars and presence training You are responsible for the development and introduction of processes and systems for the systematic collection, evaluation, storage and distribution of explicit and implicit knowledge You develop existing, suitable and proven tools and platforms, such as knowledge databases, collaboration tools, e-learning platforms You work closely with staff, in particular with the development of staff, to actively participate in measures to promote internal employees. You operate active communication with international customers and service offices to collect feedback, requirements and suggestions for improvement In your role you represent the campus at customer events, fairs and conferences Your successes, the reporting of KPIs and your continuous improvement management report to the Head of Service Processes and Empowerment at the Radebeul site

A successfully completed study preferably in the field of economic education, economic psychology, adult education, information science or mechanical engineering or another engineering science Multiannual professional experience in the field of continuing training, personnel development or knowledge management, ideally in a leading function in a manufacturing industrial company Detectable successes in the design and implementation of knowledge management strategies and systems in an industrial company Didactic know-how: knowledge gained in the design and implementation of modern learning formats and methods as well as security in the handling of digital learning formats and Google Workspace Knowledge of the development of training programmes, ideally in an international environment Excellent oral and written communication skills in several languages (German, English and preferably another foreign language) You show a high level of customer orientation, flexibility, presentation capability and enforcement strength
