• round and control procedures

• Renovation and repairs of all kinds

• Repair and install in sanitary and electrical fields

• Implementation of all technical tasks

• Accompanying and supervision of all necessary external contract work from the technical field

• Monitoring of maintenance, repair and assembly of external service providers

• Maintenance of outdoor facilities

• Contact person for service providers and colleagues (m/w/d) on site

• Vocational training: Schlosser / Metallbauer or comparable

• Including professional experience in facility management

• Further training/additional qualification: Welding certificate of advantage

• Commercial experience is beneficial
