Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of currently 35 employees Direct reporting to department management Planning and control of personnel and participation in the selection and integration of new employees Ensuring a smooth production process and timely production while maintaining quality and quantity specifications Fine planning and control of production orders and continuous monitoring of relevant production characteristics Analysis of optimization potentials and implementation of improvement measures in the assembly processes Active support in the introduction of new products, manufacturing processes and processes Close and trusting cooperation with adjacent areas such as work preparation, quality assurance and logistics Promoting and supporting the incorporation and professional development of new employees Configuring the daily shopfloor meeting Analysis of quality indicators, derivation of appropriate measures and continuous improvement of product and process quality

Successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics or electronics, or a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by a further education as a master or technician Multiannual professional experience in the production environment as well as first or several years of leadership experience, ideally in series assembly Impressed leadership and communication skills and joy in motivating, accompanying and developing employees Self-employed, structured and responsible working with high quality awareness Safe handling of current MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is advantageous
