At the Institute of Special Education at the Chair of Pedagogy in Physical and Complex Disabilities of the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg, the 01.10.2026 two places in

Scientific Service [m/d]

in parttime (50%) to be fixed for one year until 30.09.2027.

The remuneration depends on the TV-L.

Your tasks:

• 5 SWS teaching in pedagogy in physical and complex disabilities
• Participation in the academic administration and organization of the chair
• Cooperation with research projects and third-party applications of the Chair
• Cooperation with publications and presentations of research results of the Chair
• Examinations in the field of pedagogy and didactics for people with complex and physical disabilities

Your profile:

• a completed university degree in special education (at least BA) with a final grade good (or better)
• Studies in the field of pedagogy in the case of physical-motor impairment as first or second (constitutive)
• Experiences in academic teaching (welcome)
• Practical training experience in the main area of support kmE (required)
• Research Methodology (required)
• Willingness to participate actively in research projects of the Chair
• Interest in close cooperation with school and extracurricular practice
• Careful, independent and conscientious working
• Representative team and communication skills, commitment, flexibility and organisational skills
