Identification and acquisition of specialists and managers of all hierarchical levels in the national and international context by means of state-of-the-art recruiting and/or Sourcing methods, channels and activities

Control and implementation of the entire recruitment process in close cooperation with the departments and HR Business partners Translation of profile requirements into effective recruiting or Sourcing strategies and their implementation First contact for candidates, internal stakeholders and external service providers Active co-design and continuous development of recruitment processes, tools and standards & employees in further projects Participation in personal marketing and employer branding measures Planning and implementation of candidate events digital/ live

Complete studies of economics, psychology or social sciences or comparable qualifications Multi-annual professional experience Detectable successes in the identification and extraction of specialists and managers Extensive experience in conversation management and interview techniques Safe handling of MS Office, talent management systems and ideally SAP R/3 Convincing, binding occurrence associated with high consulting competence and negotiation skills Independent, proactive and targeted mode of operation German and English knowledge in word and writing
