Preparation, negotiation and completion of property transfers, property charges and acquisition of land related to road construction measures and the safeguarding of landscape maintenance compensation and replacement measures and compensation for remaining noise damage Implementation, assignment and verification of valuations Participation in the method of fixation of the plan and cleaning of the corridor Preparation, commissioning and monitoring of final measurements, border determinations and markings

University degree (Bachelor/FH) of the Department of Real Estate Administration, Law, Administration or Business and professional experience acquired equal suitability or comparable knowledge Knowledge of plan definition guidelines, property and compensation assessment with administrative guidelines such as ImmoWertVO, LandR 2019, WaldR 2000, ZierH 2000, agro-economic, forestry and business principles Knowledge of legislation of the BGB, BBodSchG, RVG, JVEG, Building Law, Road Law and Transport Law Multiannual experience in this area Class B driving licence and standby for external services German language skills in word and writing That would be desirable: knowledge of GE/Office or a comparable basic and/or property programme Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Happy work in the team High resilience, determination and readiness
