Guest service: warm welcome, check-in/out and competent advice on excursion destinations Reservation & Sales: Processing of booking requests, additional sales and complaint management Administration: Secure telephone service, structured data collection and general organization Financial management: implementation of correct accounting and secure payment processing Team support: Flexible support of adjacent departments (e.g. service) if required

Qualification: Complete training in the hotel industry or administration or corresponding enthusiasm as professional or cross-income:in and safe handling of MS-Office/Google-Workspace Communication: Very good knowledge of German and English as well as real pleasure in dealing with people Personality: Open-minded being, well-kept appearance and safe, friendly appearance Working methods: High initiative, organizational talent, discretion and team skills and flexibility

Fair remuneration: gross salary from € 2,600,– (based on full-time/40h). Your actual salary depends on qualifications and experience.
