You shape the digital future – As a leader, you take responsibility for the strategic further development of our IT landscape and drive company-wide digitization and transformation projects specifically with vision and methodological competence. You implement our IT strategy - You translate strategic goals into effective measures and ensure a structured and successful implementation in close coordination with the disciplines. Changes go bravely and pragmatically with a look for the big whole. You lead and develop your team - You lead a motivated IT team at eye level, actively promote talents and support team leaders in their personal and professional development. You will ensure a smooth IT operation - Keep in mind the service quality, technical stability and compliance with applicable security and data protection requirements at any time. You control projects, budgets and resources - With a clear focus on efficiency and achievement, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and control of IT projects and budgets. You promote a modern working culture - your leadership will create an open, solution-oriented working environment and strengthen cross-disciplinary cooperation and innovative capability.

Your education – you have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification that will best prepare you for complex IT management tasks. Your experience – you bring leadership skills into dynamic IT structures. Over several years, you have taken responsibility in leading IT functions, ideally in complex or strongly change-driven organisations, and are confident in project, change and adoption management. You are also experienced in the application portfolio and lifecycle management and bring a well-founded SAP background with (S/4HANA, process & module knowledge, handling license models). Your know-how – you think strategically and act solution-oriented. With entrepreneurial thinking, high self-initiative and a secure sense of innovation, you actively shape IT strategies and create sustainable, business-oriented solutions. Use a user-centred product development approach both in agile and hybrid projects and control external service providers. Your personality – you lead with attitude, empathy and clarity. You assume responsibility, live integrity and act as an authentic leader who inspires people, creates confidence and binds them in the long term. With curiosity, courage and enthusiasm for modern technologies and agile methods, you drive progress and support teams safely through change and transformation.
