You're burning for challenges?**

• You act as a central interface between sales and consulting – focusing on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.

• In customer appointments, you will convince up to the management level with presentations on systems, methods, processes and the specific business value.

• You develop first HR IT strategies and roadmaps focusing on SuccessFactors – always with a view to the individual needs of the clientele.

• Special offers and cost assessments are designed to be precise and targeted.

• With your overview of the entire SuccessFactors Suite, you'll perform souverän Systemdemos.

Convince us with your potential!

• You bring a multi-year experience in SAP Presales.

• As a generalist in the SuccessFactors environment, you feel safe and know yourself in several modules.

• Your knowledge of HR core processes (Hire2Retire) and ideally in Core HR will enable you to fully advise our customers.

• You have very good knowledge of German and English and can present complex content according to the target group up to C level.

• A moderate readiness within the DACH region completes your profile.
