You are responsible for the further development of our data-driven sales management solutions (omnichannel success), you agree on this internally and externally and coordinate the implementation with other teams. You support or take over the filling, care and prioritization of the Product Backlog and perform analyses and modeling of user and business requirements. You have fun working in an agile team using agile working methods (e.g. PI-Plannings, Sprint Plannings, Reviews, Retros). You have completed a degree in the business sector with a focus on financial management/banks, as well as several years of relevant professional experience or an apprenticeship as a banking businesswoman ideally supplemented by a further education as a banking specialist/bank business operator and many years of relevant professional experience or comparable qualification. You are characterized by an independent, independent and team-oriented way of working. You can accurately and understand complex facts. You have a pronounced and sovereign communication capability and a very good linguistic expressability. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You have already gained professional experience in the field of data analysis and/or sales management in the banking world.
