Head of Building Services (m/f/d)

You are the contact person for all the technical topics of the theatre and inform and advise the technical director, the theatre director and the project manager You check, maintain and program all safety equipment, ventilation, air conditioning, communication and building-related lighting technology, as well as general house technology, and keep it in service You enter and coordinate the work of foreign companies in the house You will set up service and holiday plans, take over the personnel and budget planning and process the invoice receipt You enter the in-house fleet and the computer network

(m/w/d), Elektrotechniker (m/w/d), Fachwirt (m/w/d) Facility Management (m/w/d) or the like, and have several years of professional experience in house and business engineering - like in theatre You have extensive experience in the fields of communication technology, climate/sanitary, computer and electrical engineering and experience in personnel management You are familiar with the relevant safety regulations and have basic commercial knowledge You are an organizational talent and can delegate well Stage Entertainment is actively engaged in equal opportunities and diversity.
