Technical Buyer – Electrical Machines & Drive Technology (m/f/d)

The dynamic E flow GmbH is a young and dynamic high-tech company with expertise in electromobility. Based on basic research and development work, the dynamic E flow pioneer and recognized supplier in the field of highly efficient electrical machines. The capcooltech® technology makes it possible to realize a never been cooling power for electric motors. We are a small dynamic entrepreneur-led company that has fun at the joint work and is happy to master challenges. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technical buyer (w/m/d) with a sound technical understanding in the field of electrical machines and drive technology. In this position you are responsible for the procurement of technical components and assemblies and actively design the selection, qualification and development of our suppliers.

Own-responsibility of technical components and assemblies for electrical machines (e.g. sheet metal packages, windings, magnets, housings, electronics)

Technical and commercial evaluation of offers and implementation of price and contract negotiations

Close cooperation with development, quality and project management to define technical requirements for purchase parts

Supplier selection, qualification and release in coordination with quality and development

Support for new projects and series calls from a purchase-side view (sourcing, time tracking, cost control)

Active supplier management including performance assessment, escalation management and continuous further development

Support for supplier audits and implementation of agreed measures

Processing of supplier complaints in close coordination with quality (problem – cause – solution)

Market and cost analyses to identify potential savings and alternative sources of supply

Complete studies or technicians in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable technical training

Multiannual professional experience in technical purchasing, ideally in the environment of electrical machines, drive technology or industrial series production

Very good technical understanding for mechanical, electrical and electromagnetic components

Experience in price and contract negotiations with technical suppliers

Secure handling of ERP and purchasing systems and MS Office

Structured, cost-conscious and high-speed operation

Communication strength and team capacity in interdisciplinary project teams

Very good German and good English skills

Ready for occasional missions (delivery visits, audits)
