Team Assistant / Paralegal (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the entire office administration – from the support of the telephone center to the office organization to the planning and organisation of events. You coordinate scheduling, create legal fonts after submission or instruction, and conduct protocols. You manage and monitor deadlines and reimaginations. You support our lawyers in administrative and organizational tasks, prepare committee meetings professionally before and after. You create documents, presentations and evaluations and maintain our database. You also support the federation work in a national and other fields of activity.

You have completed training in an office or administrative profession as well as first relevant professional experience ideally in a law firm or legal department. You are safe in handling common office software applications and new media. An affinity for technology and experience with CRM systems are advantageous. You convince by a sovereign, binding and winning appearance. Communication strength, motivation, flexibility and organizational talent are the key. You work precisely, independently and solution-oriented.
