Streamlead Request-to-Transport SAP S/4HANA (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the analysis, harmonisation, design and implementation of the end-to-end processes for supplier and customer logistics (special focus: planning, control and optimisation of inbound and outbound transports, as well as the integration of all transport-relevant procedures along the entire supply chain) Active design of the global template based on SAP standard processes (fit-to-standard) as well as identification, evaluation and control of process deviations, requirements and optimization potentials Control and coordination of process design, test, migration, cutover and hypercare activities within the stream Ensuring high process and data quality through definition, harassment and governance of the relevant master and movement data Technical leadership and coordination of internal and external project staff to ensure efficient and targeted cooperation Close coordination with other stream leads to secure integrated end-to-end processes across the entire value chain Support for the Global Process Owner in technical decisions, evaluation of Gaps, Change Requests and Design Decisions Creation of policy bases, management presentations and status reports for project management, Steering Committee and other governance bodies Proactive control of risks, dependencies and challenges within the stream, as well as timely escalation of critical topics

Multiannual experience in the technical management of work streams, subprojects or teams in complex transformation or SAP implementation projects Knowledge of logistics, transport management, shipping and distribution business processes Understanding integrated end-to-end processes and their interactions with adjacent business areas such as sales, supply chain, production and finance Practice in regulated environments (GxP) and understanding of validation, compliance and quality requirements in the pharmaceutical field are advantageous Routine in SAP S/4HANA projects, ideally in Sales, Shipping, Transportation or Supply Chain Management Experience in the design, harmonization and optimization of business processes in the international environment Knowledge of project management, risk management and management of requirements, issues and changes • the ability to combine different interest groups successfully High decision-making competence, enforcement strength and ability to set clear priorities even in complex situations Structured, analytical and solution-oriented work with a high degree of self-responsibility Sovereignty in dealing with conflicts, escalations and demanding stakeholders up to management and steering communities Very good German and English in word and writing
