Your job with us: You convey agricultural real estate, e.g. farms, areas, riding facilities or forestry objects – from the acquisition to the notary date.

You carry out market-oriented assessments of agricultural objects and develop individual marketing strategies that meet the specific characteristics of the agricultural sector.

You advise owners and buyers as competent respondent in the agricultural environment – professionally versed, empathic and solution-oriented.

You support the entire purchasing and sales process in a trusted and professional manner and involve internal specialists as well as external specialist bodies (e.g. Chamber of Agriculture, Authorities, Tax Consultants).

You design sales and marketing activities and recognize cross-selling potentials, especially in cooperation with our agricultural customer advisors.

You actively cultivate and expand your regional network of farms, authorities, experts and partners in agriculture and real estate.

That makes you: You have several years of professional experience in real estate placement, ideally complemented by knowledge in the field of agricultural/agricultural real estate.

Its basis is training in the real estate industry (e.g. real estate businessman, real estate businessman) or a comparable qualification; Additional agricultural qualifications are welcome.
