A completed study in the field of social work or social education with state recognition, education or childhood education with equivalent skills and experience Professional experience and expertise on adoption, families with accepted children, biography work and parenting are desirable Legal and methodological knowledge, preferably in systemic consulting Openness and appreciation for people in their different life situations High sensitivity in dealing with people in stressed situations High level of capacity for team work, cooperation and communication
