Building and continuous development of the strategic intelligence system, including methods and frameworks, as well as proactive intelligence reporting Development and coordination of processes and relevant steppoints, ensuring the integration of intelligence sources Building, tuning and implementing a group-wide governance for Strategic Intelligence incl. Networking and activation of relevant internal experts (and external partners) Definition of Methods, Standards and Quality Requirements for Strategic Intelligence Strategic assessment of Insights Development of an Approach to Translation of Intelligence & Insights in Strategic Implications Structure, maintenance and control of the Intelligence Agenda incl. Priority of strategic questions Senior Management Sparring on overarching strategic issues

Complete university studies preferably in economics, strategic management, business informatics, political sciences, international relations or comparable relevant disciplines At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Strategy or Strategic Intelligence Multiannual experience in industrial companies, preferably in the fields of strategy and strategic intelligence, with responsibility for the inter-area or group coordination and anchoring of strategic activities. Ideally at least 3 years at Big4 or strategy consulting Proven experience in the design and construction of strategic structures, processes, methods and frameworks, as well as in the design of interfaces and tool landscapes for the systematic collection, evaluation and integration of intelligence. Experience in the development and communication of strategic recommendations and in cooperation and communication with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders. Embossed conceptual, systemic, orchestrative, strategic, methodical and communicative skills as well as high service orientation and resilience complete the profile.
