Leadership & Development: You take over the professional and disciplined leadership of our controlling team and actively develop it Business Partnering: You are a business partner*in for management and departments (including sales, marketing & supply chain) Planning & Forecast: You are responsible for budget planning, forecasts and strategic planning – including modern scenario and control models Analysis & Decisions: You deliver not only numbers, but clear recommendations for action and promote their implementation with the disciplines Performance & Profitability: You analyze sales, margins, cost structures as well as business cases and tax topics such as pricing, profitability and working capital Reporting & Data: You develop our KPI systems and dashboards (e.g. Power BI) and support data-based decision bases Processes & Projects: You optimierst controlling processes and tools and delivers comprehensive projects to further develop our company

Completed degree with focus on controlling, finance or comparable Multiannual experience in controlling, ideally in the FMCG, industrial or commercial environment Experience in leadership of teams or clear ambition to go the next step Very good Excel knowledge as well as experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics NAV) High IT & Number Affinity and Fun to Develop Data, Systems and Processes Strong analytical thinking and good understanding of business models Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive functioning Communication strength and sovereign appearance to different stakeholders Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic approach
