Maintenance, servicing, repair and reinstallation of/to installations of building and operating technology, technical installations, in particular air-conditioning systems, complex heating and ventilation systems, sanitary facilities, drinking water supply and wastewater treatment plants and laboratory equipment Maintenance and self-monitoring of separators for light liquids (fat and petrol separators) Use/Order as a responsible person for hygiene in drinking water systems Application/Order as commissioned person for smoke and heat extraction plants (RWA) Application/Order as a specialist for parking facilities Disassembly and installation of sanitary objects of various types Removal of piping blockages Support for hygiene in drinking water installation according to VDI directive 6023 Consultation and support of users and their instruction in the operation of the devices or Systems Support for offices, masters and other assistance activities Control of the execution of orders by third parties/firms (company controlling) Control passages including logging on the properties (e.g. reading of the counters, optical control of lines on leaks) Implementation and logging of function tests as well as visual control rolls (smoking detectors, drainage pumps, flight path identification, lighting etc.)

Qualification: Graduated vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology with a focus on ventilation technology (w/m/d) or the previous professions (e.g. central heating, ventilation engineer [w/m/d] or gas and water installer [w/m/d]) with knowledge and experience in ventilation technology and Certificate of expertise for activities in air-conditioning systems (VDI 6022) or the willingness to acquire them in the short term is absolutely necessary (certificate of expertise for activities in air-conditioning systems (VDI 6022) is a prerequisite for the transfer of the advertised activities/workstation) Competences: Professional experience in at least one of the trades Good knowledge of building and operating technology User knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Other: driving licence class B/BE and the willingness to operate motor vehicles independently readiness for regular missions and for the execution of the above-mentioned tasks in the vicinity of the workplace Willingness to participate in one-day and multi-day training events throughout the federal territory Height-fitness for work in heights up to 10 m Willingness to activities of cross-sector organisations Willingness to accept call readiness – also on weekends (24/7) readiness to verify safety pursuant to Federal Security Review Act (SÜG) Ability to work in an animal research plant Green, careful and reliable operation Good organization skills Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, target-oriented and safe even with increased work volume Good communication skills Customer- / address-oriented behavior Ability to team-oriented action, critique Good judgment
