We are now looking in Berlin – unlimited – Senior Product Manager (m/w/d)

In the Bauwesen team, products and solutions are developed, among others, for small and medium-sized companies such as online products and digital solutions (e.g. for support in applying standards) as well as specialist books for users, planners and practitioners in the construction industry. Target groups include architects, civil engineers and specialist engineers. This position is a good mix of strategic and operational activity as a product manager*in. A good overview of construction-relevant topics as well as the construction-political situation are essential. The tasks essentially include: Participation in the conceptual and strategic development of the building portfolio through all media forms Configuring the annual planning phase Complete tasks of a product manager (analysis, planning, development, management and coordination of products) Conducting your own product portfolio Budget responsibility and control of your own product portfolio Developing existing products in the field of construction and developing new digital products and solutions and their implementation Acquisition of new experts from the field of construction and their support Establish and maintain user exchange Market, target group, feasibility analyses Independent negotiation of contracts Regular participation in specialist events, trade fairs and congresses

Completed (special) university studies, as far as possible in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable Mind. 5 years of professional experience in product management / construction (experience desirable, no need) Embossed customer and solution orientation Digital thinking Communication skills, very good German and good English skills Structured mode of operation, flexibility and high self-responsibility and team capacity
