Nurse/Team Leader Haus Am Waldplatz in Leipzig (m/f/d)

You are a nursing professional with organizational talent and want to take responsibility? Then strengthen our advita team in Leipzig (Haus Am Waldplatz) as a care professional (m/w/d) with Team Management function. In this position, which is to be occupied in Fulltime (38 hours/week), you connect the direct care with the professional leadership of your team and actively shape the quality of our care.

Your tasks

• Organization and coordination of daily care processes
• Professional guidance and support of staff in the care team
• Creation and coordination of services in Medifox
• Implementation of service meetings and team discussions
• Participation of care tags and internal quality controls
• Checking compliance with care and quality controls

This will bring you with

• Completed three-year training in nursing or nursing
• Standing for 3-shift system and weekend work
• Experience with Medifox of advantage
• Very good communication capability and structured operation
• Reliability, positive lifestyle and teamability
