Technical Customer Support (f/m/d)

Customer support: They support our customers by phone, e-mail and, if necessary, on-site in device operation, interpretation of measurement results, application of measurement software and much more. As a competent contact person (w/m/d), you can answer both technical and application questions about our laboratory measuring devices. Knowledge Transfer: Within the framework of internal and external workshops and seminars you have the opportunity to convey your product knowledge. You will also support the sales team in technical and application topics through your knowledge of product training. Measurements: In our laboratories at the site, you process customer samples and create the associated measurement protocols. In addition, you are involved in the development of applications as part of the customer consultation and help our customers through their expertise to provide optimal solutions for their measuring requirements. You always work closely with colleagues from the service and sales team.

Qualification: You have completed technical/scientific studies or a corresponding vocational training – for example as CTA (w/m/d), BTA (w/m/d) or PTA (w/m/d). Experience: They have good knowledge of particle characterization. In addition, you will also ideally bring practical and/or theoretical experience in the field of gas absorption, gas pycnometry and/or particle characterization methods such as laser diffraction, DLS and image analysis. Versatility: They have knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. We also require a safe handling of office products. Flexibility: You have a class 3 or class driving licence. B.
