Backoffice Assistant (m/w/d)

The occupation of this body is possible without delay both in parttime and full-time.

You take over the commercial administration of logistics and support in all organizational matters. You report directly to the location management You'll start presentations, care for holiday and sick messages and tune them with our electronic time tracking system “Tisoware”

You place orders, execute rebookings in SAP, collect invoices for our customers and manage the hourly calculations of the personal service providers

You support general personnel work: from the creation and management of personal files to personal economic correspondence to the clarification of employee requests or their forwarding to HR managers

In addition, you contribute to special tasks and actively contribute to the success of the team

A completed professional training or comparable knowledge A friendly, customer-oriented procedure and a safe, professional appearance

Good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and Word

First experience in logistics are advantageous

Ideally, you already have system knowledge in SA
