As a future job owner, you contribute significantly to the legally secure and smooth organization of the examination system at the MUL-CT. You take over all audit-relevant administrative processes in the model study program Human Medicine and the future-oriented studies of the MUL-CT. You are the contact person for students and examiners of the MUL-CT and work in close coordination with the Audit Committee. At our newly founded university, you are actively involved in the construction of the examination unit and form its processes and structures sustainably.

Process Management: Participation in the establishment and further development of standardized processes in the Audit Office Examination organisation: Own-sponsored management of all audit-relevant processes (registrations, deadline control, admission requirements, performance accounting and maintenance, archiving, documentation) Document creation: creation of performance overviews, certificates, certificates and other final documents Committee work: organisational and technical support of the Audit Committee (e.g. recognition of studies and periods, processing of applications and contradictions) Compilation of notifications on behalf of the Audit Committee Study Monitoring: Monitoring of the progress of the study and, where appropriate, Introduction of subject counselling Student advice: Advice on statutory audit issues in cooperation with relevant bodies Date & Administration: Participation in the coordination of audit appointments and acquisition of general administrative activities

Education & experience: Complete vocational training in law, public administration or commercial matters or perennial professional experience in the examination office of a university Knowledge: Knowledge of university structures and processes, especially in the field of examination Enough experience in dealing with campus management systems Preparatory knowledge of the relevant legal basis for examination and the basic principles of higher education in Brandenburg and relevant regulations Team capability: Joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams Self-employed, structured and accurate working with a high sense of responsibility Loadability and reliability Communication & Coordination: Ability to address-oriented communication Languages: Precise written and oral communication strength Very good oral and written expression in German, safe English
