completed training as a medical specialist (MFA) or professional training with medical experience multiannual experience in a doctor's practice / ambulance or a secretariat with customer care safe handling of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as experience with ORBIS or comparable patient management programs / KIS systems Foreign language knowledge is advantageous ideally mastering the subject-specific medical nomenclature and orthographic very good oral and written expressiveness friendly handling of patients, visitors and employees high communicative competence and organisational skills Discretion and loyalty Willingness to participate in all three hospital locations (e.g. holiday agencies)
