For further expansion of our web analytics team, we are looking for an experienced web analyst with a clear focus on customer sales, campaign performance and data-driven optimization of existing customer lines. As a web analyst, you are a central advisory body for the web analytics team as well as stakeholders from Digital Experience, Customer Sales, Development Online and Enterprise BI. You advise on web & app tracking, data analytics and relevant tools (Adobe Experience Cloud, Tealium Data Platform, Mouseflow) and ensure that analytics requirements are taken into account and anchored in projects at an early stage. You are responsible for the analytical development of our customer-sales routes in the 1&1 online channels (DSL & Mobilfunk) with a focus on existing customers. You develop the Data Layer for customer-sales-use-cases and ensure that relevant events, campaign parameters and customer segments are captured in a structured, clean and measurable manner. You define tracking requirements for new campaigns, sales routes and features and support implementation in close coordination with Development Online, Product Owners and external partners. You implement and optimize analysis setups in Adobe Analytics and Tealium IQ and ensure a durable, scalable and consistent database. You analyze campaigns along the entire funnel (e.g. cross/upsell, contract extension, tariff change) and evaluate performance, conversion drivers and concrete optimization potentials. You design, accompany and evaluate A/B tests and personalization measures in close cooperation with Customer Sales, Digital Experience and Development Online. You perform well-founded funnel, segment and cohort analyses and identify data-based levers for a sustainable increase in conversion rate. You derive clear, prioritized recommendations from your analyses and coordinate data-driven measures closely with the specialist areas. You continuously monitor traffic and performance metrics, identify anomalies at an early stage and assume end-to-end responsibility for analysis, cause clarification and action derivation.

Multiannual experience in web analytics, e-commerce, customer sales analytics or online marketing, ideally focusing on campaign and conversion optimization. Found experience in the analysis of campaigns, A/B tests, conversion tunnels and inventory customer journeys. Very good knowledge of Adobe Analytics; Experience with other tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo etc.) of advantage. Experience with day management systems, ideally Tealium IQ and/or AudienceStream. Understanding tracking architectures, data layer concepts and technical implementations (HTML/CSS basic knowledge, JavaScript of advantage). Ability to prepare complex analytical results for addressing and to translate them into clear, prioritized recommendations. High analytical competence, structured working methods and strong quality standards. Hands-on mentality paired with conceptual strength. Successfully completed studies in (economic) informatics, mathematics, statistics, BWL or comparable qualification.
