Head of Scheduling for established logistics company (m/f/d)

Our client is a successful international logistics company with < 1,000 MA. In the course of a follow-up scheme, we are looking for a disposition manager (m/w/d) in the exclusive mandate and permanent standing. In this role, you are responsible, among other things, for the entire MRP with the focus on national and pan-European land transport, run a team (>15 MA) and control your own fleet as well as fixed partners in the context of foreign assignment.

Operational management, control and further development of the MRP team (>15 MA) Active disposition of the own transport park in national and European land transport and ensuring efficient, timely and cost-optimal transport processing Care and development of the business relationship with existing customers Guided tour, organization and control of your own fleet Continuous process optimization, offering scaling, quality objectives control and audit support

Training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or an economic study with a focus or additional qualification in logistics Insufficient experience as a disponent in land transport with own-vehicle park and multi-year leadership expert knowledge of customs and hazardous goods processing are advantageous Good knowledge of English and safe handling of MS-Office as well as common logistics software Impressed social and leadership skills, flexibility, communication and organizational strength and responsible and careful working
