Processing of demand requests, e.g. coordination of requirements and requirements Execution of exploration methods for land and space acquisition including variant comparison (e.g. use of own objects, new building, purchase, rent, expropriation method) Organization and implementation of object visits Implementation of market analyses and determination and setting of transport/movement values Execution of cost-effectiveness studies settlement of procurement measures, e.g. rental and purchase of land Management of contract negotiations, including the owner(s) and the beneficiaries Implementation of area management, including advice from beneficiaries on area and cost optimization Restoration of procurement measures in the event of a lack of demand Data management in SAP ERP 6.0/RE-FX Accounting

Qualification: Completed university studies (Diplom [FH]/Bachelor) in the fields of real estate management, business management, financial management, economic law or comparable qualifications in one of the above disciplines Competences: Comprehensive expertise in real estate management Knowledge of rental and general contract law Basic business knowledge Knowledge and experience of economic law and contract management desirable Found user knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Other: driving licence class B and the willingness to operate motor vehicles independently Willingness to participate in one-day and multi-day training events throughout the federal territory readiness to verify safety pursuant to Federal Security Review Act (SÜG) Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer/addresse-oriented behaviour and targeted negotiation skills Skill for team-oriented action, critique, social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility
