independent processing of costing tasks, including the associated costing bases of turnkey construction projects Support for technical management in order acquisition to key fields of activity Participation in the determination of calculus-relevant data such as supply and order calculation Cooperation with the internal and external bodies involved in the provision of services, such as purchasing, work preparation or after-sales Preparation of the formal and complete offer along with the accompanying documents as well as the management of the costing processes Creation of documents for the internal release processes and information of the area management

A completed degree in civil engineering or architecture Multiannual professional experience in the construction management and/or costing of construction and engineering Professional experience in the calculation of projects in turn-key construction and knowledge in the field of construction in stock User knowledge of RIB iTWO or another costing tool, good knowledge of MS Office. Preferably first experiences with BIM applications Team spirit, willingness to use and a dedicated and independent way of working complete your profile
