Brand Designer (m/f/d)

You translate brand and campaign concepts into strong visual guiding ideas, layouts and design systems for campaigns, brand appearance and other communication formats You build scalable systems, templates and guidelines that allow us to quickly produce many variants and drive large tests (e.g. for performance campaigns, CRM, Always-on formats)

You implement clear briefings autonomously, reliably and in high craftsmanship quality – from the first visualization to final, production-ready assets You support the development and development of workflows and (part-)automated processes that help us adapt and vary creatives efficiently (e.g. batch exports or data-driven variant logics)

You work closely with Strategy, Communication, Content and Performance to derive concrete, testable design hypothesis and variants from Insights

You’ll help us develop our design systems, workflows and tools and make sure we become faster, more consistent and efficient in day-to-day business

Multiannual professional experience as a brand/communication designer:in, ideally in an agency or strong brand environment

You bring a very pronounced design feel for brands, aesthetics and visual systems – and you can translate it into very different channels

You master the common design tools (e.g. Adobe CC; Motion-Skills and Figma are a plus) at a high, production-proof level

You love systematizing design: components, libraries, templates, naming, versioning – for you are the tools to deliver better and faster results

You have experience in building larger test setups (e.g. many creative variants) on the design side and preparing to work efficiently with data and performance teams

You are happy to support your colleagues in a professional way, give feedback and raise standards in the team – without losing your own hand-on-mask

You work structured and independent, take responsibility for quality and timing, and you want to develop professionally and technically continuously
