This position is at the Rostock-Warnemünde site (known as CORTRONIK GmbH), which is responsible for the development and production of innovative stents and scaffolds. To strengthen our team we are looking for one: Test Engineer (m/w/d)

Development, procurement, commissioning and qualification validation of test rigs and test methods taking into account current national and international standards; Creating technical documentation and corresponding work and validation documents Research & Development / Production support in development and technology projects, support of test setups and devices independent planning, execution and evaluation of imaging test methods (e.g. light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, CLSM, μCT, MRT security) and interpretation of the results; Write reports Special responsibility for specific topics and technical guidance of colleagues in these areas

Completion of a high/tech university degree in the natural or engineering sciences ideally medical technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or physics with relevant intensification 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field (medical technology, testing) desirable Knowledge in the field of anatomy/physiology of the blood circulation; biomechanical knowledge/independent literature and Standards Material knowledge Knowledge in the field of imaging processes (REM/EDX, CLSM, μCT) and recognised statistical evaluation methods Experience with the development and validation of test methods in medical technology German and English language skills in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office applications and minitab
