Accountant / Calculator Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

You accompany construction projects in deep, road and canal construction from the tendering to the billing and contribute significantly to their economic success. You analyse tender documents and performance directories and create detailed calculations for public and municipal construction projects. Depending on the size of the project and the course of the project, you will also create measurements and take over the independent mass determination on site. You are responsible for accounting for ongoing construction projects and ensure complete and timely execution. You test performance changes, multiples and supplements, prepare them in a comprehensible manner and accompany their processing in the course of the project. You work with the requirements of the VOB, process tenders in the GAEB environment and support a transparent project processing. You work closely with construction management and management and create the basis for sound technical and economic decisions. You keep an eye on costs, services and accounting levels and ensure transparency throughout the entire project.

You have a technical training or qualification, for example as a designer, technician, civil engineer or in a comparable field. Alternatively, you have a comparable technical qualification or have acquired the necessary expertise through appropriate professional experience in deep, road or channel construction. Costing, billing, construction management or similar tasks are familiar to you from practice and you bring appropriate professional experience. Ideally, you already know the peculiarities of civil engineering, road construction, canal construction or channel renovation from your professional environment. Calls for tenders and lists of services are familiar to you from practice, knowledge in the handling of VOB, GAEB and topics relevant to follow-up are advantageous. The testing and processing of performance changes, additional quantities and supplements is ideally already part of your previous task. The use of industry-typical software is easy for you and you like to work digitally and structuredly. You work reliably, carefully and value long-term and loyal cooperation.
