Contract Manager - Railway Projects / Claim Management (m/f/d)

You take control of the contract and follow-up management for our railway construction sites according to VOB and prepare acceptances as well as commissioning. With the help of MS Project and MS Office, you monitor dates, costs and quality and ensure complete project documentation. As a central interface, you communicate closely with contractors, after-contractors and the internal project team and act as a contact person for contractually relevant questions. You actively participate in construction and project meetings and provide all relevant data in our digital planning and documentation systems. The administrative and commercial management makes you an important contribution to the success of our complex railway projects.

You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering or a comparable field of expertise. You bring well-founded knowledge in building law (VOB/BGB) and have a safe handling for contract and after-sales management. In dealing with MS Office and project management tools like MS Project or Asta Powerproject you are versed. A structured, process-oriented way of working distinguishes you and keeps an overview in complex projects. Ideally, you are certified according to IPMA (Level D) and communicate with you in German.
