As our Accountant/Financial Accountant (m/w/d), you can use your independent and structured way of working for reliable accounting and report directly to our Head of Finance.

What awaits you

Accounting and payment You take over the consolidation and booking of current business transactions in debitor, creditor, property accounts and bank accounting in DATEV

You carefully check the booking data before the invoice, are responsible for the invoice and process the payment transactions

You take the booking of wages after the creation of the pay bills by the tax office

Votes and controls In your responsibility for the dunning, you monitor open receivables, tune open items and bills and ensure the completeness of the bookings

Reporting and auditing You prepare the monthly BWA, supported in the preparation of annual accounts, in the preparation of documents for business and audits and in the case of requests from the shareholders.

Cooperation and Process Optimization Within our Finance Team and as an interface to other teams, you will be able to optimize internal booking and control processes and thus design processes more efficiently

You are a financial accountant (m/w/d) or have a comparable degree

You have about 3 5 years of professional experience in accounting

You are safe in handling DATEV and have excellent Excel skills, experience with Salesforce are beneficial

You have very good communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
