Team Leader Scheduling & Back Office Mobile Hydraulic Immediate Service (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our team in disposition or Operation planning and the back office of the Mobile Hydraulic Service and ensure a smooth running of the daily work processes. You continuously develop existing processes and ensure a high quality of work. You promote your team through a structured incorporation of new employees as well as the planning and coordination of further training measures. You take over the personnel deployment planning (shift/authorisation planning) of your employees. You work closely with the operating areas and contribute significantly to the success of our mobile hydraulic comfort service with your organization and overview. The well-structured disposition of the customer hotline (24/7) and the Back Office team is your responsibility. The concept of services and a reliable availability of the MRP are the first.

You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant or commercial specialist (m/w/d) etc. Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in the commercial interior service, service back office or in the order processing of a technical environment. You have already gained first leadership experience. You have already gained experience in the technical service or a comparable service-oriented environment. The secure handling of the current MS Office applications, as well as a commodity management system, e.g. SAP, complete your profile. You work independently, are strong, entrepreneurial thinking and can adapt to different stakeholders. You act in a solution-oriented manner, make decisions safe and promote an appreciation cooperation in the team. You work structured, process-oriented and bring a pronounced quality awareness.
