Coordinator of regulatory processes (m/w/d) Reference number: 18205

Implementation and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulatory requirements in the business environment Planning, coordination and control of measures to implement regulations and compliance requirements Identification, analysis and management of corporate risks, including the development of risk mitigation measures Monitoring and optimization of control procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards Further development and maintenance of internal company policies, regulations and standards taking into account changing regulatory frameworks Advice and support of the management as well as specialist departments on regulatory issues and compliance requirements Contact person for external bodies, such as authorities, examiners and other compliance organisations Takeover of project work and administrative tasks, in particular in terms of implementation of compliance initiatives and improvement of internal processes Training and awareness of employees on relevant legal and internal compliance issues Creation and maintenance of reports and documentation on compliance measures and risk management activities

Training: Completed training Lawyer skilled or commercial training with affinity to regulations and legal texts or equivalent qualifications acquired by professional experience and training Occupational experience: Insufficient experience in implementing regulations / laws Knowledge: knowledge of business processes and control systems Skills: safe handling of MS Office products Working methods: conscientious and persistent mode of operation and organisational skill combined with safe occurrence and communication strength
