You run a team in the production of liquid, pasty and powdery baking products and ensure a smooth production process You plan and coordinate the use of personnel within your layer and ensure professional packaging and palletizing of products You make sure that all raw materials and ingredients are available and monitor filling, weighing and processing in our modern facilities You work with modern control systems and our goods management software and keep an overview of quality and efficiency at any time Purification, minor maintenance and compliance with hygiene and safety standards, as well as analysis in daily business You are ready to work in the 3-shift system (Mo-Sa, 38-hour week) and also show flexibility and organizational talent in stressful situations

A completed training - e.g. as a specialist for food technology, chemical, baker, confectioner or machine and plant leader, ideally complemented by first leadership experience Knowledge of food hygiene, quality management, machine operation and IT systems Multiannual experience in production, preferably in the food industry A team-oriented personality that motivates employees, with acquiring them and keeps an overview even in challenging situations
