What awaits you:

• As Principial Fixed Net Manager Verticals (m/w/d), you support ensuring compliance with Fixed, UC&C and Cloud & Security revenue and new business objectives and coordination of all necessary sales measures.
• You identify and unlock new business areas in Next Generation Connectivity (Fixed Connectivity, Unified Communications, Security, Cloud Services, AI Services).
• You define the fixed network sales strategy, derived from the specific customer structure of the respective vertical.
• You will ensure the distributive penetration of all customers: inside the Verticals in relation to the holistic Fixed Net, UC&C and C&S product portfolio.
• You take over the professional management and further development of all Fixed Account Managers in the Verticals - individually at the professional, sales and personal level in the project business and are responsible for ensuring necessary, additional training offers and implementing the training content in practice.
• You encourage motivation and promote a good team spirit within the integrated teams and the cross-departmental "Winning Ambition".

What distinguishes you:

• Preferably a master's degree in business management or in other relevant areas
• At least 3 years of experience in key account management and more than 2 years of experience in employee management and leadership in a sales environment
• Professional experience in sales staff management as well as extensive experience in the development and development of sales structures
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
• Long-standing experience in identifying customer requirements and developing creative and innovative customer-oriented solutions in an international context
• Comprehensive knowledge of the fixed network, UC&C and Cloud & Security product portfolios of Vodafone (based on the agreed product matrix) and their added value for customers
• Embossed organizational skills and the ability to control different workflows in parallel, as well as enforcement and pronounced communication skills
