Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design or a related discipline Several years of professional experience in industrial design, ideally within medical technology or other highly regulated, complex product environments Proven track of leading industrial design projects from concept through implementation Strong expertise in human-centered design, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration Excellent skills in visualization, prototyping, storytelling, presentation, and workshop facilitation Proficiency in SolidWorks, KeyShot, and other relevant design tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English, German is a plus Design, build, and measured physical prototypes using a range of prototyping technologies, including CNC machining, 3D printing, laser cutting, and model-making techniques Own & Continuing evolve BIOLAB's hardware prototyping capabilities, tools, processes & workshop infrastructure to enable rapid experimentation and innovation Establish best practices to make prototyping resources accessible
