Who we are The Hanover Chamber of Crafts is a modern, powerful corporation of public law and representation of interests for more than 19,000 companies with more than 100,000 employees and more than 7,000 trainees who generated revenues of 12,06 billion euros net in 2022. With nearly 200 employees, the Hanover Chamber of Craftsmanship fulfills its statutory mandate and offers numerous services to all member companies and their employees. The members of the Chamber of Craftsmen will be consulted and accompanied by training, business and digitalisation advice and corporate succession. The Hannover Chamber of Crafts has been operating one of the major educational centres in northern Germany for over 50 years. The area of craftsmanship includes the official list of all establishments engaged in craftsmanship within the meaning of the trade order. As a Chamber of Crafts and Public Law bodies, we ensure objectively and legally compliant approvals of craft businesses, clarify trade union issues, advise craft businesses and are partners for the cooperation authorities involved in commercial law. .
