As a full lawyer (m/w/d), you will consult legal questions of general banking (including banking supervision, data protection, IT and competition law). You advise, for example, on legal issues relating to the payment and credit card business and the general (payment) account management activity of the bank. You are part of a professional team in technological innovations of mobile or alternative payment methods. You form contracts, accompany contract negotiations and litigation as well as national and European legislative projects or comparable legal acts – incl. the administrative practice of supervisory authorities.
