Fire Protection Specialist

At the next time, we are looking for you as a specialist:in fire protection (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at Munich or Nuremberg. Your tasks:

Examination and approval of fire proofs to ensure quality requirements in the construction project Technical assistance in the implementation of fire protection measures and preparation and implementation of VOB-deductions Consultation of project management, contractor: interior and tenants on planning requirements, standards and interfaces in preventive fire protection Preparation of opinions on fire protection issues and evaluation of deviations with development of appropriate compensation measures Contact person:in the case of authorities, experts and internal areas of expertise regarding fire protection Ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as internal guidelines and participation in the continuous development of fire protection concepts

Your profile:

Complete study in civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualification with a focus on fire protection is required Multiannual practical experience in the preventive design and/or plant-technical fire protection, preferably in the infrastructure environment Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and laws (e.g. construction regulations, VOB, special construction regulations) Experience in cooperation with authorities, test engineer:internal and interdisciplinary teams are expected Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and convincing communication skills High readiness for responsibility combined with economic thinking and action
