You have experience in the field of statutory health insurance, e.g. through a completed training as a social security specialist (m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/w/d) in the healthcare sector, Versicherungsfachmann/-kaufmann (m/w/d), Versicherungsfachwirt (m/w/d) or corresponding professional experience with a health insurance company You bring very good social security skills (especially SGB V) Professional talks in telephone and digital customer support are of course for you You are characterized by an exceptionally high customer orientation and an independent, conscientious and structured way of working You bring an enthusiasm for digital business models
