You learn with this training, what matters in our community: You combine the practice in public administration with the theory at the Studieninstitut Westfalen-Lippe in Bielefeld. The theoretical training takes place 2x weekly. You run through the practical modules in various departments (e.g. road, order, social, personnel, finance, etc.) at our locations in Gütersloh, Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Halle (Westf.) You learn to work in a practical way on a project and case-related basis, are accompanied by experienced mentors and receive regular feedback on personal development. You train important skills such as teamwork, communication and conflict resolution and service-oriented advice.
