Professional and independent organization of all administrative and organizational activities for the chief physician Responsibility for the reception and appointment coordination of our private patients: Support in the production of medical and private medical billing Processing the entire correspondence and ensuring a smooth flow of information Central contact person for patients: inside, employees and external partners with a friendly and sovereign appearance Planning, organisation and preparation of appointments, meetings and internal events Organization and support of medical students during their internships and practical year

Completed training as a medical specialist:r, merchant or Businessman in health care or office management Joy of dealing with patients:inside as well as a service-oriented appearance Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the hospital environment, as well as basic knowledge of medical terminology Self-contained, structured and reliable operation with a pronounced organizational design Teamability and very good communication skills Safe handling of current MS Office applications discretion, loyalty and a high level of sense of responsibility Loadability, flexibility and initiative
