Responsibility for the coordination and control of technical service operations to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Optimization and further development of maintenance processes focusing on safety, quality and cost-effectiveness Developing and implementing strategies to improve asset performance in close coordination with the respective operating areas Construction, maintenance and management of long-term partnerships with external service providers - including contract negotiations in close cooperation with purchasing Planning, organisation and continuous development of maintenance and asset management processes Ensuring economic and sustainable operation of buildings and technical infrastructure Strategic and operational support of the location management in projects and decision-making processes Monitoring compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and applicable safety standards

completed engineering studies in the field of construction, supply engineering, technical building equipment, facility management or in a comparable study programme; alternative technician training with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in facility management or technical maintenance Funded knowledge in controlling and optimizing maintenance and asset management processes Representative initiative, organisational talent and leadership skills Safe negotiation skills and experience in cooperation with external partners and service providers Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
