ITS is an international, diverse IT area with overarching teams and projects worldwide. As an intern*in, you will become part of the IT Sales & Customer Experience - CIO Markets EMEA & Overseas governance team and will be in close cooperation with the top management to gain exclusive, direct insights into strategic topics. And you experience this with a high degree of self-responsibility. You will become part of an international, motivated team and support the implementation of cross-disciplinary initiatives as well as internal and external communication measures for over 30 markets worldwide. You will find plenty of space for your own ideas, short decision-making and exciting insights into the global network of Mercedes-Benz. What tasks await you: Support in developing and implementing targeted communication concepts for internal target groups Direct insights into strategic topics and working at top management level Independent organization and support of events, workshops and information events Editorial activities: Creating and publishing blog posts, newsletters and content for our internal community Cooperation in the governance team: Creating transparency across all markets, evaluating KPIs and reporting support Creation of presentations, briefings and decision documents for top management The activity can begin from April 2026.

You are a student in the field of economic, IT, communications or media sciences or a comparable degree programme You are interested in communication, digitalization and governance – ideally with first experiences in one of these areas

You can speak German and English safely in word and writing Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

You work proactively in project planning and like to introduce your own ideas You show initiative, work independently and organize – and have a clear look for the essential You are creative, reliable and also performs sovereignly in direct exchange with executives
