You will get comprehensive insights into the areas of Rooms Division and Food & Beverage and work actively in the hotel everyday Visit international guests from arrival to departure and get to know all relevant processes at reception, service and background You will also gain insights into key topics such as guest relations, quality assurance and operational organization during your studies In the last year of your studies, you can also get to know the Head Office and gain insights into HR as well as central business processes You combine operational experience at the hotel with strategic know-how from the management area
