Acquisition with focus on process and system landscapes allows you to introduce your expertise to further optimize our talent acquisition processes and systems and take responsibility for our process and system landscape. Your tasks include: Close cooperation with the Global HR SuccessFactors Module Team, decision-makers in the global HR team, country leaders, operational excellence, IT partners and users to understand the talent acquisition requirements and translate them into effective process and system solutions. Controlling the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding for Global Talent Acquisition, Ensuring Extensions and Improvements as well as the function as an expert and contact person for Key Users worldwide.
